Bankruptcy Procedure of the Subsidiary

The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. (the “Company”) informs that the Ukrainian court resolved to initiate the bankruptcy procedure of JSC WESTA-DNEPR (subsidiary of the Company). The management considers that the bankruptcy procedure will not terminate business operations of the Group.

Legal grounds: Article 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies.
