Notification of shareholding

The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. (the "Company") informs that the Company received a notification from ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the “Fund”) that the Fund has acquired the shares of the Company in the public offering, settled on June 14, 2011, and the Fund became an owner of the Company’s shares that give the Fund more than 10% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Before acquiring the shares the Fund did not hold any shares of the Company.
As at June 20, 2011 the Fund was the owner of 5,750,000 (five million seven hundred and fifty thousand) shares which is 13.03% of the Company’s share capital and gives right to 5,750,000 (five million seven hundred and fifty thousand) votes at the General Meeting of the Company representing 13.03% of the total votes the General Meeting of the Company.
During next 12 months the Fund does not exclude to increase or decrease the amount of shares according to the market situation and the Company’s condition. The Fund acquired the Company’s shares to locate the funds as the investment activity in Poland.
