At the moment 75% of the share capital of WESTA ISIC S.A. is held by Vankeria Consultants Limited, a Cypriot entity whose entire share capital is owned by Mr. Victor Dzenzers'kyy, a member of Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. Vankeria Consultants Limited is a holding company which does not carry out any operating activity except for holding shares.
